OFFICE IS NON-CLINICAL AND USED FOR THE RECRUITING AND HIRING OF EMPLOYEES AND FOR NON-MEDICAL PROCEDURES. CODE MODIFICATION SUBMITTED FOR REVIEW TO BE DONE UNDER THE 2003 IBC. THREE WATER TO AIR HEAT PUMPS AND TWO INSTANTANEOUS HOT WATER HEATERS.Applicant has elected to defer the following fire protection systems: FIRE ALARM and FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEMS. Installation of deferred submittal systems is not permitted until plans have been approved and issued. No Certificate of Occupancy, Certificate of Compliance, or Building Final will be granted until such systems are approved and pass final inspection.
