2003 "I" Codes - Build out 2,270 sq. ft. of shell space for medical office use. Work includes steel stud and gyp-board interior walls, gyp-board ceilings at lobby, nurse, utility room and rest room with T-bar ceiling throughout balance of space. Install a unisex ADA accessible rest room with water closet and lavatory, separate restrooms and drinking fountain at central core. Install four hand sinks, two bar sinks and 80-gallon electric water heater with all associated water and sewer connections. Install two 3-Ton water source heat pumps, connected to building chill water loop, with all HVAC ductwork and registers, restroom has a 75 CFM exhaust fan. Install a 100A Panel in suite from building distribution system with all associated wiring for lights and power. -- Applicant has elected to defer the following fire protection systems: FIRE SPRINKLER SYSTEM AND FIRE ALARM SYSTEM. Installation of deferred submittal systems is not permitted until plans have been approved and issued. No Certificate of Occupancy, Certificate of Compliance, or Building Final will be granted until such systems are approved and pass final inspection. Applicant is solely responsible for securing such permits in a timely fashion in accord with their construction schedule.
