Status is real: Live means the metro's data is fully classified and verified; Coming soon means the source is integrated and awaiting its first production run. No claims of breadth that really mean a stale monthly data dump.

Where we cover

Coverage across 35 metros.

Each dot is a metro we hold per-permit data for. Density reads on two honest channels — dot size and color intensity both encode classified volume (see the legend) — so heavier markets stand out without any painted regions. These are points we cover: empty map is simply where we don't (yet) have data, and we don't claim it.
