What counts as a request?

One /v1/permits API call = 1 request. Pagination counts each page. Bulk export endpoints have separate row-count limits per tier; webhook deliveries are free.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. Cancel from your dashboard at any time. No prorated refunds on monthly plans; annual plans prorate the unused portion.

What if I exceed my quota?

Soft cap: API returns 429 with a header telling you when you can retry. Hard overage is billable at the next-tier rate; we'll email before that triggers.

Can I upgrade/downgrade?

Yes, anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.

Is there an SLA?

Builder + Growth tiers carry a 48h email-support SLA. Pro+ adds a 99.9% uptime SLA + named support. Free + Hobby get community support via the Discord (link in product docs).

Educational / nonprofit pricing?
