What counts as a request?
One /v1/permits API call = 1 request. Pagination counts each page; exports have their own monthly quota separate from requests.
What counts as an export?
One bulk export (CSV or Parquet) = 1 export, regardless of row count. Free includes 5,000 exports / month (up to 500/day); Pro is unlimited.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your dashboard at any time. No prorated refunds on monthly plans; annual plans prorate the unused portion.
What if I exceed my quota?
Soft cap: the API returns 429 with a header telling you when you can retry. Upgrade or wait for the next window — no surprise charges.
What does Enterprise add over Pro?
Bulk data delivery (weekly Parquet + CSV.gz exports), full permit history where Free is capped at 90 days, and procurement terms — invoicing and security review. It is $599/mo, self-serve, same as every other tier. No analytical capability is withheld from Pro: the radar, brand filtering, alerts and /explore depth are all Pro features. Additional seats are available on request.
