All damaged wires must be replaced per 2017 NEC/2018 IRC. Mechanical equipment was damaged, and all mechanical components will need replacing. Minor damage to plumbing, some pipes will need to be replaced or repaired Note: Any structural members charred to a depth of 1/8” or greater are to be replaced.
