Source description
Construction, repair, remodeling, demolition, and excavation work activities may be conducted between 6:00 a.m. through 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Construction work outside of the permitted timeframes will require an afterhours permit. Afterhours permits for construction are subject to the following conditions and Building Official approval: 1. The applicant must provide the following information: a. Location of work - 5818 E. McDowell Rd. Mesa, AZ 85215 b. Schedule of hours and days – April 2 and April 8th, 2026 – Start Concrete pour at 4:00 AM c. Scope of work to be performed – Concrete slab placement and finishing operations d. Anticipated noise generated from the work performed • Truck Noise – Entering and exiting site and idling on site – to help mitigate we will have trucks engines will be shut off • Finishing machines e. Construction permit number (ex. PMT, UTL, ROW) – PMT25-11405 2. Applicant shall notify all residence within 500 feet of the project property line in writing. 6. The notice shall explain the purpose of the afterhours work and the times and days the work will be performed. 7. The notice shall provide the name and phone number of the after-hours work supervisor. 3. All reasonable efforts will be taken to mitigate noise. • Backup alarms will be silenced • Concrete truck engines will be shut off during standby periods rather than idling continuously on site. 4. All reasonable efforts will be taken to mitigate fugitive light. • Light towers will be aimed inward toward the work area and shielded on the perimeter-facing sides to prevent light trespass beyond the property line. 5. The applicant will respond positively to neighbor complaints. • A designated site supervisor will be present and reachable by phone throughout the entire operation to address any concerns.
