Source description

Remove and dispose of the existing steam boiler and associated piping as needed. Install a new FTR-4-103A gas-fired steam boiler, including all required near-boiler piping, gas connections, steam header, Hartford loop, safety controls, venting, and electrical connections. Install new LWCO, pressuretrol, and all manufacturer-recommended safety devices. Start up, test, and adjust the system to ensure proper steam production and safe operation. All work will comply with local plumbing, gas, and mechanical codes as well as manufacturer specifications.
