Perform exterior masonry repairs consisting of selective repointing of existing brick masonry in areas as required. Work includes removal of deteriorated mortar joints and installation of new mortar to match existing in composition, color, and profile.Provide waterproofing at window perimeters, including removal of existing sealant and installation of new high-performance exterior-grade caulking at all joints as needed.Provide waterproofing at window lintels and adjacent masonry surfaces where required.Perform localized masonry waterproofing in targeted areas as necessary to improve weather resistance.At the South elevation, lower the existing parapet wall at the South and East corner. All work to be performed in a safe manner, maintaining structural integrity of the existing assembly.All work will be conducted in accordance with applicable building codes and safety regulation
