Demolition

1) Remove all outside wood siding, door and window trim, back stairs and stair railing.2) Replace rotten or cracked under-siding boards.3) Insulate cracks where boards cannot be removed or fixed to improve energy efficiency.4) Apply house wrap.5) Re-side the house (Hardi siding or similar) and replace door and window trim (Azec or similar).6) Re-build back stairs and railing to code. New stairs will go straight down to maximize space between 55 Washburn Ave and 57 Washburn Ave. If necessary to accomodate code reqirements, stairs will turn 90 degrees at the bottom. 7) Replace first floor window in back with 59x79.5 patio door.8) Build outside landing and stairs for patio door (landing will not exceed current foodprint of current back stair configuration).9) Replace other first floor back window with smaller window fitted to new stairs (size tbd - design build).10) Paint siding.11) Investigate reason for sagging corner of front porch and fix problem.12) Disconnect and reconnect electrical supply for exterior siding work.
