Interior alterior to include remodel of 2805 WOODBROOK AVE, BALTIMORE, Md. The existing unit is constructed of wood frame, solid masonry separation walls and stone veneer front and rear exterior façade.modernize the interiors and redesign the interior layout, replace damaged lumber, drywall, plumbing fixtures, millwork, existing exterior doors, all new interior doors and all windows, interior redesign consists of new stairs, kitchen, 2 new baths two new bedrooms and interior finishing of basement area, framing and finishes. All replacement framing is to be in- kind repairs or existing opening infills. Most structural repairs are existing joist stabilization. The number of joists may vary. Other minor repair is replacement wall framing, existing facade maintenance and exterior rear basement stair repairs. The new interior walls will be 2x4 wood stud with gypsum board each side. as per plans as per code. Separate permit will be required for electrical, mechanical and plumbing work.
