REISSUANCE Construct new detached single family, work to construction entrance,1 load of 57 stone and filter cloth/dig foundation/ pour 12" * 30" footing with (2) # 4 rebar continuous/ pour 10" * 8' concrete walls for main house with vertical rebar/ 4 window openings with treated lumber/ one (1) 4' wide side area way with vertical rebar/ all walls with #4 rebar 24" o.c horizontal/ground wire and anchor bolts spaced as per local codes/ install exterior j-drain, exterior water proofing, interior drain tile system/frame exterior walls 2*6, partition walls with 2*4, 3/4 inch subfloor and roof sheathing, 1/2 osb for exterior wall sheathing, install roof trusses @ 24" o.c., floor joist 16" o.c./ tyvek house wrap/ install roofing underlayment and shingles/install vinyl siding/ install 17 windows, install insulation r-49 ceiling/ r-21 exterior perimeter walls/ continuous r-13 for basement walls/1/2 inch regular drywall in common areas, 1/2 inch moisture resistant drywall in bathroom, kitchen, basement and water prone areas/ install 20 doors/ mud and finish drywall/ prime and paint/ install kitchen cabinets/ install 1000 square feet hardwood flooring/ install 2000 square feet carpet/ install baseboards and trims/ install 10'* 16' rear wood deck/ all work will be done as per baltimore city building codes and per sketch. separate permit required for sprinkler system, mechanical, plumbing and electrical work. Previously approved under COM2020-02650 (Reissued with COM2024-88012 and expired 5/13/2025)
