Exterior: pour new concrete steps for the front porch of the house. remove and reset the existing iron railing in new cement. existing stairs leading to front porch are deteriorating, and need to be demolished and repoured. They are crumbling and creating an immediate safety hazard to postal workers, delivery drivers, and any visitors to the house. we have had trouble finding a gap in the cold weather to pour these steps. Stairs will be built-in compliance with baltimore city building code: Max riser height: 7.75" Min tread depth: 10" Min. Stair width; 36" #4 steel rebar added for strength high strength concrete will be used for the steps as per code
