Workshop; Patio Cover and Ramada CE-VIO1222-00965 Ramada: *Structure located on east side of property with plexiglass on high sides with lights shining: This open walled RAMADA was on property when purchased in 2001. The high lights have been removed, plexiglass removed. Approved garage Additions/Alterations: *HVAC on approved garage, SW corner of property: *We had an HVAC installed on the roof in 2001 shortly after we purchased the house. The contractor has long since passed away.We were told at that time that a permit wasn't required. We use this space for storage and arts and crafts projects. *In 2001, we replaced the original roll up garage door with a double door and window. *Addition to original approved garage: *When the house was purchased in 2001, there was a small 8' x 10' storage shed attached to the SE corner of the approved garage. This shed also stored the water heater for the garage shower and sinks. (see Attachment) *In 2006, we enlarged this shed to 15 1/2' x 17'. *In 2015, this storage shed was converted to an office and a bathroom was added. This new bathroom is built back to back with the existing bathroom in the garage. Plumber tapped into existing water and sewer lines.
