fix ceiling and walls in garge, will hire plumer/heating person to fix furnace ducting in both units, replace door between/lower unit and garage, install weather stripping to all doors wich lead from heated to an heated spaces, put drain pan under water heater per lower unit. to comply w/3r-4714.
