Re-roofing This project includes removing and disposing of one layer of existing roofing materials, followed by the installation of 1/2" contact fiberboard insulation secured with screws and plates. A new .060 EPDM fully adhered rubber roofing membrane will be installed, along with new aluminum drip edging, flashing, and vent boots as needed. Any rotten or damaged wood replacement will be charged based on current market pricing plus labor due to material cost fluctuations. All debris will be cleaned up and removed from the job site upon completion. The work is backed by Bachman’s Limited 15-Year Workmanship Warranty. - APPROVED BY EDWARD BLANKENBILLER 02/17/2026.
