Request for a minor location adjustment to the West Side Monument sign on Eastmark Parkway. The GC is installing (2) flagpoles near this sign, which requires shifting the monument slightly from its originally approved location. The sign’s new location is approximately 22 feet from the property line and 2’-6” east of the previously approved position. The sign angle and overall dimensions remain unchanged. Updated sign location plan drawings are included to show that the monument continues to comply with all applicable sight visibility requirements.
