New Captive Air Type I kitchen hood exhaust system, fire suppression system, grease duct, and associated equipment. New roof top exhaust fan and grille. Trench for new floor sink tie new waste line into existing grease waste line. New vent from floor sink to ceiling and tie into nearest existing vent through roof. New exhaust fan for relocated combination oven. New fryer units with oil reclamation unit. New water connections to relocated kitchen equipment. New electrical 225A panel "K", GFCI receptacle, and connections to new equipment. New MEP. Special inspection required: grease duct leak test. Deferred hood fire suppression. Results in CoC.
