ADDENDA TO ORIGINAL PERMIT BLD2006-07186. FLOOR PLAN ORIGINALLY SHOWED A REAR DOOR. REVISED SITE PLAN DOES NOT SHOW THE REAR DOOR. REMODEL WAS NOT DONE TO REMOVE DOOR, IT JUST NEVER EXISTED TO BEGIN WITH AND CUSTOMER ADDED IT TO THE FLOOR PLAN BY MISTAKE.
