Tenant improvement of 7,175 SF 2nd floor space for Cresendo, B occupancy classification, VB construction type. Work includes partitions, ceilings, M, P & E, modify fire sprinklers, installation of kitchen equipment for demo kitchen. As per letters from mechanical engineer & business owner, this kitchen is intended for dispaly purposes for residential appliances and as such, these appliances are not installed to be used for cooking, and hoods are not used for extraction of any grease-laden vapors, heat or steam. Hood vents terminate in attic space, and will move air only into that space. Special inspection required for special cases, installation of smoke detectors. This suite has access to existing toilet rooms. This suite is the only tenant on 2nd floor, and as such impact fees are assessed for the entire 2nd floor area of 7,605 SF. Applicant has elected to defer the following fire protection systems: FIRE SPRINKLERS, HOOD PROTECTION AND FIRE ALARM. Installation of deferred submittal systems is not permitted until plans have been approved and issued. No Certificate of Occupancy, Certificate of Compliance, or Building Final will be granted until such systems are approved and pass final inspection. Applicant is solely responsible for securing such permits in a timely fashion in accord with their construction schedule.
