Build out 2,500 sq. ft. of shell space for restaurant. Existing building has CMU exterior walls with wood roof. Work includes steel stud and gyp-board interior walls. Gyp-board ceilings in rest rooms and janitors closet with T-bar ceiling throughout balance of space, kitchen has vinyl-faced panels. Two ADA accessible rest rooms, men's room has water closet, urinal and lavatory, women's room has water closet and lavatory. Installation of sanitary waste system and grease waste system with 2,500-gallon grease interceptor. Installation of potable hot and cold water system with all associated piping, fixtures and fittings. Installation of low-pressure natural gas system (1,563 CFH) for cooking, heating and water heater. Installation of one additional rooftop heat pump (6.25-Ton, 2,400 CFM, 1,099 lbs operating weight) with smoke detector and all associated ductwork and grills. Installation of two Type I hoods (hood one 3,800 CFM - xxx lbs. Operating weight, hood two 1,700 CFM - xxx lbs. Operating weight) with make up air unit (5,500 CFM - xxx lbs. Operating weight), one Type II hood (560 CFM - xxx lbs. Operating weight) and two 215 CFM bath exhaust fans. Building has 1,000 A 120/208V, 3PH, 4W, SES with One 100A House Panel with all associated wiring for building lights and power. Install two 200A Sub Panels with all associated wiring for lights and power. Install 2-1/2" low pressure gas meter with all distribution piping for cooking and heating equipment. -- Applicant has elected to defer the following fire protection systems: HOOD EXTINGUISHING SYSTEM. Installation of deferred submittal systems is not permitted until plans have been approved and issued. No Certificate of Occupancy, Certificate of Compliance, or Building Final will be granted until such systems are approved and pass final inspection. Applicant is solely responsible for securing such permits in a timely fashion in accord with their construction schedule.
