A MAXIMUM OF 10 SIGNS INCLUDING OPEN HOUSE DIRECTIONAL SIGNS ARE PERMITTED PER EACH RECORDED SUDIVISION HAVING AN ON-SITE SALES OFFICE. SIGNS SHALL NOT EXCEED 3 SQ FT IN AREA OR 4' IN HEIGHT. SIGNS SHALL BE SET BACK 15' FROM CURB OR EDGE OF PAVEMENT WHERE NO CURB OR SIDEWALK EXIST. SIGNS SHALL NOT BE PLACED IN ANY LANDSCAPED AREA OF THE PUBLIC R.O.W. LOCATED BETWEEN A STREET OR SIDEWALK AND A PROPERTY FENCE, UNLESS THE SIGNS ARE LOCATED WITHIN THE BOUNDARIES OF THE SUBDIVISION. SIGNS TO BE DISPLAYED ONLY BETWEEN THE HOURS OF 2PM FRIDAY AND 8AM THE FOLLOWING MONDAY. USE PERMIT SHALL BE VALID FOR ONE YEAR OR UNTIL ALL LOTS ARE SOLD, WHICHEVER OCCURS FIRST.
