THIS PERMIT DOES NOT INCLUDE ANY ACCESSORY STRUCTURES. REGISTERED STRUCTURAL PROFESSIONAL ENGINEER: ALAN E. MONEY #30895, EXPIRES 12/31/23. REF MST19-00383. ENGINEERING AND STRUCTURAL CALCS ARE REQUIRED TO BE ONSITE FOR ALL INSPECTIONS AND OPTIONS HIGHLIGHTED. "THESE PLANS MUST CONFORM TO THE REQUIREMENTS OF THE 2018 INTERNATIONAL SWIMMING POOL & SPA CODE WITH ALL CITY OF MESA AMENDMENTS".
