APPROVED WITH STIPULATIONS: INSTALLATION OF A TAMPER PROOF PIN 54" FROM THE FLOOR AND A DOOR ALARM IN LIEU OF A POOL FENCE OR A POOL COVER. "HOMEOWNER SHALL NOT CHANGE OR MODIFY THE BARRIER IN ANY WAY WITHOUT APPROVAL OF THE BUILDING OFFICIAL. HOMEOWNERS SHALL INFORM FUTURE OWNER OF THE CONDITIONS OF THIS CODE MODIFICATION.
