CIP - This project will involve the removal and replacement of the existing asphalt pavement including the subgrade. The site will be regraded and redesigned with new valley gutters to eliminate any drainage ponding. The existing two (2) 12kcal tanks will be replaced with two (2) 15kcal (net capacity) tanks for unleaded gas and two (2) 3kcal (net capacity) tanks for diesel gas. The fueling island will be removed and replaced as part of the fuel improvements. The project will also add a new canopy with lighting and a new conduit for future uses. The canopy will be permitted after a deferred submittal is received once the construction phase is initiated. Deferred foam vault fire protection system (AFFF). Deferred canopy sprinkler system. Deferred tank and fuel systems. Special inspection req. - concrete. Deferred Shade Canopy Design. Deferred Canopy Structural Calculation. Deferred Vault Structural Calculations.
