Install three sets of LED illuminated wall signs. At the North elevation install "DUNKIN' DRIVE THRU" 39 SQ. FT., at the West install letters on white backer "DUNKIN' DRIVEW THRU" 65 SQ. FT. and letters on white backer "DUNKIN'" 39 SQ. FT. at the South elevation. Install 4 new illuminated directional signs, each 3 sq. ft. and reface existing sign. Included in work is installation of clearance bar and canopy with menu board and speaker per engineering.
