ADMINISTRATIVE USE PERMIT PER SECTION 11-42-3, 11-42-4, AND 11-42-6 OF THE MESA ZONING CODE FOR THE DISPLAY OF A PORTABLE FABRIC SIGN. PORTABLE FABRIC SIGNS INCLUDE ATTACHED OR DETACHED BANNERS. DISPLAY IS ALLOWED BY SPECIAL APPROVAL BY THE ZONING ADMINISTRATOR. DISPLAY IS AS SHOWN ON THE DRAWINGS ATTACHED TO THIS PERMIT. THIS PERMIT IS VALID ONLY FOR THE DISPLAY OF TWO (2) BANNERS TO BE PLACED OVER THE EXISTING "BERGE" PERMANENT SIGN AREA ATTACHED TO THE BUILDING OR WALL, MUST HAVE VENTS AND ALL CORNERS FASTENED SECURELY AND MUST BE A MINIMUM OF 8 FEET ABOVE GRADE WHEN PLACED ABOVE AN AREA OF PUBLIC USE. WHEN DETACHED, THE BANNER WILL ALSO BE PLACED OVER THE EXISTING FREESTANDING SIGN WITHIN THE ALLOWED PERMANENT SIGN AREA.
