Source description
PBI - Repair exterior stairs located on the southern side between unit 1003 and 1004, due to vehicle damage. Work includes replacing steel frame like for like. Remove concrete footing below post and replace with new 18” square x 12” thick footing with 2-#4 reinforcing bars each wat in the bottom. Replace western wing wall with new 2x4 studs at 16” OC with 2-2X4 top plates and 2x4 pretreated bottom plate, then stucco to match existing. Replace wing wall footing with new 12” wide x 12” thick min. footing and 6” wide concrete stem wall with ½” diameter anchor bolts at 24” o.c. Repair damage stucco as needed. See attached engineer report and details.
