Construct a 340-sf swimming pool & 48-sf spa with natural gas heat. Installation of 155-ft of 1-1/2-in PE gas line buried 24-in deep with 14-gauge tracer wire from gas meter to 400K BTU pool heater. All gas lines are to be installed per 2018 IFGC & COM gas requirements. COM gas to determine if the meter needs to be upgraded. All electrical to comply with 2017 NEC requirements. This permit does not include any accessory structures. Registered structural professional engineer: Alan E. Money #30895, expires 12/31/26. Ref MST19-00383. Engineering and structural calculations are required to be onsite for all inspections and options highlighted. These plans must conform to the requirements of the 2018 international swimming pool & spa code with all City of Mesa Amendments.
