Source description
Construction, repair, remodeling, demolition, and excavation work activities may be conducted between May 1st and October 15th of each year between the hours of 5:00 A.M. and 7:00 P.M. Monday through Friday and between the hours of 7:00 A.M. and 7:00 P.M. on Saturday. Construction work outside of the permitted timeframes will require an afterhours permit. Afterhours permits for construction are subject to the following conditions and Building Official approval: 1. The applicant must provide the following information: a. Location of work Hampton and Val vista b. Schedule of hours and days 01/07/2026 starting at 4am c. Scope of work to be performed removal of mast arms for the NB and EB signals. d. Anticipated noise generated from the work performed, a few pickup trucks and battery powered hand drills. e. Construction permit number (ex. PMT, UTL, ROW) TTC25-03834 2. Applicant shall notify all residence within 500 feet of the project property line in writing. f. The notice shall explain the purpose of the afterhours work and the times and days the work will be performed. g. The notice shall provide the name and phone number of the after-hours work supervisor. 3. All reasonable efforts will be taken to mitigate noise. 4. All reasonable efforts will be taken to mitigate fugitive light. 5. The applicant will respond positively to neighbor complaints. 6. The Development Services Department can cancel this permit if legitimate complaints are not resolved.
