MINIMUM SETBACKS ARE : 4'MIN FRONT, 5' REAR, 0' PM SIDE, 3' AWNING/CARPORT SIDE. APPROVED AS NOTED. THE FIRST INSPECTION SHOULD BE A MISCELLANEOUS INSPECTION TO GO OVER PROJECT AND TO VERIFY FIELD CONDITIONS. THE CONSTRUCTION MATERIAL SHOULD BE PURCHASED AFTER THE MISCELLANEOUS INSPECTION.
