Source description
Construction, repair, remodeling, demolition, and excavation work may be conducted between 6:00 a.m. through 8:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Work outside of this timeframe requires an afterhours permit. Afterhours permits for construction are subject to the following conditions and Building Official approval: 2/25/2023 through 05/12/2023. Date and time for this Saturday work is between 7:00 am - 4:00 pm. Ansco will be responsible to pay for inspector’s time on site after-hours. UTL22-02648 / 3506PA @556 S OLIVE, MESA, AZ 85204, TTC23-00203 -Ansco shall notify all residents within 500 feet of the project property line in writing. -The notice shall explain the purpose of the afterhours work and the times and days the work will be performed. -The notice shall provide the name and phone number of the after-hours work supervisor. -All reasonable efforts will be taken to mitigate noise. -All reasonable efforts will be taken to mitigate fugitive light. -Ansco will respond positively to neighbor complaints. -The Development Services Department can cancel this permit if legitimate complaints are not resolved. Work will consist of boring, installing conduit and fiber, placing terminals, hand holes, pedestals, splicing and restoration. Loudest noise will be an air compressor.
