REMODEL OF EXISTING APARTMENT 3 - FOR FIRE DAMAGE, EXISTING ROOF TO BE DEMOLISHED. NEW ROOF TO BE INSTALLED, ALL INTERIOR TO BE RE-FINISHED. NO NEW PLUMBING FIXTURES TO BE ADDED, RE-WIRING TO ALL ELECTRICAL FIXTURES AND NEW 200 AMP PANEL TO BE INSTALLED TO REPLACE THE EXISTING PANEL FOR UNIT 3 - EXISTING EXTERIOR BLOCK WALLS AND LINTELS TO REMAIN, SAME AS FOOTINGS. This structure is to be restored like for like in compliance with 2017 NEC, 2018 IRC requirements. Any alterations or changes will require submitting plans before any restoration can begin. During the damage inspection the following was observed: Structural members were damaged and will need replacing and engineering Electrical was damaged and will need to replace all wiring, including unit panel and devices throughout per 2017 NEC/2018 IRC Mechanical equipment was damaged and all mechanical components will need replacing Minor damage to plumbing, some pipes will need to be replaced or repaired Temp electric can be issued during the restoration process. Note: Any structural members charred to a depth of 1/8” or greater are to be replaced. All plumbing, electrical and mechanical systems damaged by heat are to be replaced. A.
