Remove and Replace the building signs with new ones with the new name DASH CAR WASH (2) two LED illuminated pan channel letters 80 sq. ft. each and remove existing ground sign and Install new monument sign on existing pole and foundation. Install one double sided and internally illuminated monument sign, 12' to copy, DASH CAR WASH 79 sq. ft. with electronic message board. written certification letter received from the owner of the sign attesting that said owner has read and understands the provisions of Section 11-43-5, Section 11-41-3-B, and 11-41-7 C, and agrees to abide by said Sections and agrees to cooperate with City of Mesa staff with regards to any nighttime testing that may be necessary should the 0.3 foot-candle limitation be at question, per §11-43-5 Sign is located at 15' from back of curb of Country Club and located out of right of way and easements.
