Source description
Interior demolition of existing single-family dwelling for a whole house interior remodel, to construct a single-story 17' X 15' addition located to the rear for a full bathroom and walk-in closet, moving some walls to convert the existing single car garage area into a bedroom with a bathroom. Not to add a second kitchen and to maintain as a single-family dwelling. Roofline will be changed on east side of structure to accommodate the bathroom addition. Addition not to eb constructed over or obstruct any easements. No changes to existing covered front porch. Minimum 5' side and 20' rear setbacks. THE HOLDER OF THIS PERMIT HEREBY CERTIFIES THAT ALL CONSTRUCTION AND DEMOLITION WASTE WILL BE DISPOSED IN AN APPROVED LANDFILL. THE HOLDER OF THIS PERMIT ALSO CERTIFIES THAT NO CONSTRUCTION OR DEMOLITION WASTE SHALL BE STORED ON PROPERTY IN VIOLATION OF ANY PROVISIONS OF THE METROPOLITAN CODE. FOR EVERY 50 FEET OF SITE FRONTAGE, A DOUBLE-SIDED SIGN 24” X 36” IN SIZE MUST BE POSTED IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH THAT CONTAINS THE INFORMATION REQUIRED BY ORDINANCE NO. 2017-835. NO MORE THAN THREE SIGNS ARE REQUIRED.
