Source description
To construct a new Detached Accessory Dwelling Unit (DADU) to the rear of single family home. DADU will contain 985 SF of garage space on the first floor and 845 SF of living space on the 2nd floor. Must comply with MHZC permit # 2025105599. Must conform to all easements on property. Signage must be posted pursuant to M.C.L. 16.28.230, including project information signs, which shall be posted in English and Spanish with one double-sided 24 (vertical) × 36 (horizontal) sign posted for every fifty feet of site frontage, with no more than three signs required per street frontage.
