To construct additions to the front and rear of existing single family home. Front addition will include extending covered porch across the entire front facade of home and no closer to street right of way (110 SF). Rear addition will include additions and renovations to first and 2nd floor with covered porches. New rear additions will add 263 SF on the first floor, 796 SF on the 2nd floor and 340 SF of covered porches. Renovations will include new kitchen, moving staircase, new bedrooms and bathrooms upstairs, and rearraigning home floor plan. Minimum side setback is 5' ft. Minimum rear setback is 20' ft. Not to be constructed over any easements. Home is to remain single family. THE HOLDER OF THIS PERMIT HEREBY CERTIFIES THAT ALL CONSTRUCTION AND DEMOLITION WASTE WILL BE DISPOSED IN AN APPROVED LANDFILL. THE HOLDER OF THIS PERMIT ALSO CERTIFIES THAT NO CONSTRUCTION OR DEMOLITION WASTE SHALL BE STORED ON THE PROPERTY IN VIOLATION OF ANY PROVISIONS OF THE METROPOLITAN CODE. FOR EVERY 50 FEET OF SITE FRONTAGE, A DOUBLE-SIDED SIGN 24” X 36” IN SIZE MUST BE POSTED IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH THAT CONTAINS THE INFORMATION REQUIRED BY ORDINANCE NO. 2017-835.
