Source description
Interior demolition and renovation of an existing single-family dwelling to renovate the kitchen area, create a home office/flex room, enlarge the great room and primary bedrooms (moving the primary bathroom). No work proposed in walk out basement. To construct additions off the main floor for the great room and primary bedroom adding 378 conditioned sq ft. Demo existing front porch and reconstruct (no increase in size), keeping the same size and adding an uncovered deck and stairs located in the back yard. To also construct a fireplace off the great room. Maintaining the existing 5 bedroom/3 bath dwelling and adding a flex room/home office. Not adding second kitchen or a dwelling unit, to be maintained as a single-family dwelling. Minimum 30' platted street, 10' side and 20' rear setbacks. THE HOLDER OF THIS PERMIT HEREBY CERTIFIES THAT ALL CONSTRUCTION AND DEMOLITION WASTE WILL BE DISPOSED IN AN APPROVED LANDFILL. THE HOLDER OF THIS PERMIT ALSO CERTIFIES THAT NO CONSTRUCTION OR DEMOLITION WASTE SHALL BE STORED ON PROPERTY IN VIOLATION OF ANY PROVISIONS OF THE METROPOLITAN CODE. FOR EVERY 50 FEET OF SITE FRONTAGE, A DOUBLE-SIDED SIGN 24” X 36” IN SIZE MUST BE POSTED IN ENGLISH AND SPANISH THAT CONTAINS THE INFORMATION REQUIRED BY ORDINANCE NO. 2017-835.
