Tongue n Groove Ceilings, 8"" x 12"" solid cedar beams, 8"" x 8"" solid cedar posts (waterproofed on 30"") with 24"" concrete footings, 2"" x 6"" rafters, 6"" 10"" ridge beam, 3/4"" plywood decking, moisture guard,trimwork. Gutters and downspouts. Stained. 11'8"" x 9' finished attached slatn roof cabana also will be built adjacent to the gabel cabana (same specs). Important to note that according to Code: ""Additions and attachments to principal building with the exception of: rear porches with no habitable space above may extend ten (10) feet into the required rear yard building setback."" This is labeled on the attached plan. Outdoor fireplace footing is to be 36"" deep and extend 1' beyond the veneer of the finished stone outdoor fireplace. It will have #4 rebar @ 12"" o.c. inside that footing.
