The retaining walls will be constructed of 8 inch CMU block, USING MONTGOMERY COUNTY 4FT OR LESS RETAINING WALL GUIDELINES. Faced with natural stone veneer, and will be capped with 2"" thermal bluestone. The retaining walls already exist. We will be demolishing the existing ones and rebuilding the retaining walls to the same specs/dimensions. A new 3 foot tall black aluminum railing will be installed on part of the retaining wall as well.
