Part 1 - Replace existing fence along back side of property with a new 6 foot tall flat-board fence. Part 2 - Install new 6 foot tall flat board fence from back of property line along the east side property line abutting an existing low brick wall on neighbor's property. New installation will be 30 feet long and extend from back of the house up to the chimney line of house. New gates will be installed on sides of house.
