Source description
The purpose of this update of the Building Permit application is to facilitate a renewal of the general Building Permit (No B1909173) that will enable the final inspection for the plumbing work and subsequent final close-in inspection(s). All other work under this permit is completed/approved under Permit No. B1909173. The owner was forced to locate and utilize a new Licensed Plumber capable of installing radiant heat, tankless water heater, etc. at a non-prohibitive cost. The Plumbing work is now completed based on the latest Inspector's comments and awaits final inspection of the work in place. The new Licensed Plumber of record is prepared to call for immediate final inspections upon application and issuance of a new Plumbing Permit after the renewal of Permit No. Bl 909173. Note: Work under this permit completed/approved under Permit No. B1909173. The current DCRA status for these is identified after each scope of work items below.
