Tear off existing layer(s) of roofing down to the roof deck. Remove and dispose of old roofing material in sections and ensure roof is waterproof overnight. Core test must be completed before installation to investigate substrate to determine if new installation will be fastened or Fully Adhered, using Installation best application. Inspect existing wood deck and inspect framing condition and advise property owner(s) of necessary/recommended repair at additional costs of per sheet of CDX and $95.00 per hour for any framing repairs. Plank board will be replaced at (1x6 - $6/foot) (1x8 - $8/foot) (1x10 - $10/foot & 2x4 - $4/foot) (2x6 - $6/foot) (2x8 - $8/foot) (2x10 - $10/foot) Install new insulation panels fastened using drill point insulation fasteners and 3 plates over roof deck. (16 plates & screws will be used per 4x8 board) Install new 0.60: 0.80: TPO: PVC: Membrane Fully Adhered flat roof system. Install new preformed vent boot where applicable. Install new 1 termination bars along wall intersection. Terminate membrane wall/curb flashing with termination bar detail along wall intersections. Install new pre-manufactured Scuppers & Drains and continuous perimeter heat welded lap. Install new custom-bent 0.32: 0.14: aluminum flashing around perimeter of roof in applicable places. Install new parapet wall caps around perimeter of the roof in applicable places. Caulk and seal all flashings. Paint plumbing stacks. Run magnet over premises to pick up loose nails. Clean premises; haul away all job-related debris. NOTE Magnet will be continuous. A Certified inspector will inspect the entire job before, during & after completion to ensure all work is performed according to contract.
