Remove the existing main & rear lower bump out roofs and install new TPO roofs. Remove the old shingle section of the front of the mansard roof & install a new CertainTeed XT25 roof. Remove the porch roof & install a new CertainTeed XT25 roof. Install 1 new skylight on the main roof. Install new aluminum gutters & downspouts on the porch roof. Install new aluminum gutters on the rear of the main roof. No structural changes will be made.
