**REVISION TO PERMIT B1908895 Delta 6: Updated equipment in existing trash room. Replaced existing delivery door #9 with new wider door and frame. Existing door and frame were in bad shape and needed replacing. Replaced existing mechanical room door #16 with a new door of same size. Existing door and frame were in bad shape and needed replacing. Adjusted new millwork in dining room to accommodate existing pipes uncovered during interior demo work. Adjusted new ceilings to accommodate existing utilities discovered during interior demo work. Updated exterior elevations to reflect previously approved sign package. Added platform detail for exhaust fan as existing curb would not accommodate the new fan. Revised kitchen equipment at To-Go station. Added two point-of-sale (POS) stations adjacent patio doors. Delta 7: Reduced size of return air plenum to avoid exterior wall and areas with existing terra cotta floor structure. Adjusted return air grills, ductwork, and soffit drywall as required for reduced plenum area. Omitted return air slots above ceiling light coves. All return air is ducted to the reduced plenum area. Shifted location of OSA-1 west (right) such that supporting beams do not need to penetrate tenant demising wall. Adjusted supporting beams accordingly.
