Interior Demolition on all 3 Levels, including attic of a single family dwelling to include interior partitions, doors and windows. Existing floor finish, substrate above cellar to be reused, all floors above cellar and roof joists shall remain. New stair openings for future stair construction on all levels except cellar. Underpinning of existing cellar foundation was with a continuous footing of 189 feet X 36 inches. Install a steel beam to support rear wall in order to remove brick pier that currently serves as a load bearing support for section of rear corner. ****DEMO, UNDERPINNING, ALTERATION LEVEL 1.
