Remove existing stucco on all exterior walls, which has been poorly repaired in the past and is now leaking water. Replace with Dryvit outsulation system, which provides a- insulation, b- reinforcing mesh, c- a water barrier/drainage system to prevent water intrusion, and d- a textured finish that is very similar to the original stucco finish.
