REPAIR THE STEPS IN FRONT OF THE HOUSE BY CHIPPING AWAY CRACKED SECTIONS OF SURFACE TO GET TO SOLID CONCRETE, THEN TROWELING ON A NEW, SMOOTH, FINISH LAYER OF CONCRETE, THEN REPAINTING. THE UNPERMITTED VINYL SIDING ON THE PARTITION AT THE NORTH SIDE OF THE PORCH IS TO BE REPLACED WITH PAINTED, SIX-INCH-EXPOSURE, WOOD, WEATHERBOARD, LAP SIDING. RETAIN UNPERMITTED CAST-IRON CRESTING OR FENCING ATOP RETAINING WALL ALONG SOUTH PROPERTY LINE IN FRONT YARD. REPLACE UNPERMITTED VINYL WINDOW IN FRONT PORCH BASE OR APRON WITH ALL-WOOD AWNING WINDOW TO FIT MASONRY EXISTING OPENING. WINDOW MUST HAVE NO GRILLES OR MUNTINS AND IT MUST HAVE NARROW, EXTERIOR BRICK MOLD; WINDOW AND BRICK MOLD TO BE PAINTED WHITE (AND ANY CONCRETE RESIDUE AROUND OPENING TO BE PAINTED OVER).
