Remove basement concrete slab 510 square feet and replace after new plumbing ground works are installed. Remove and replace existing driveway 360 square feet, 18x20. Install new concrete pario and steel railing along back side of the patio. Install concrete steps with railings into patio area from parking area. Joist repair and replacement of interior joists and install new 3/4 plywood. no window or door replacement on this permit. install new drains in the patio area and new ground works.
