Description
Source description

A heating and air company will come and disconnect the HVAC systems and duct work on roof top. Certified, Inc. will remove three skylights and replace with three new skylights. Certified will then remove existing roof down to bare wood deck replace any rotten board install Certainteed Black Diamond Base Sheet to the flat roof. Certified will then torch down a Certainteed Flintlastic STA smooth membrane 9 inches around all perimeter areas. Certified will then torch down Certainteed CoolStar Energy Saving Reflectant Roof Surface membrane to the entire flat roof and seal all seams. Certified will then install new 032 gauge white aluminum wall coping to perimeter walls or parapet walls. Certified will then have the Heating and Air Company Buric's come back and reconnect and service the unit to make sure it is functioning properly. Certified will then ensure fire watch is done on roof 4 hours after the torches are not used anymore.
