Alteration Commercial

This project involves the repair, alteration and widening of an existing residential driveway located on private property within a homeowners association (HOA). All work will take place entirely within the confines of my privately owned property. The scope of work includes removing a portion of the existing grass surface, adjusting the grade as needed for proper drainage, and installing new material as appropriate to match and extend the driveway width. The existing slate sidewalk will be removed and replaced for improved safety and durability. The bottom step leading from the walkway to the entry will also be corrected to meet current code, as the existing riser height is out of compliance. No changes will be made to the curb cut, street, or public right-of-way.The adjacent property owner has been informed of the planned work and has expressed no concerns. Miss Utility has surveyed and marked the area for continued work.
